If you do not like using your credit card online, and would prefer to send a check you may print out an order form here, but you MUST email me for a total including shipping prior to sending a check.  Items paid by check are shipped after funds are verified.

Custom Orders:

Custom jewelry is begun upon receipt of payment and a non-refundable 50% materials deposit is required.  All custom orders sales are final.  

NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders.   No exceptions.  I love doing custom work, but custom orders require much time in  back and forth communication, and usually requires twice as much labor as items that are one of a kind and posted to the site. 

Customers who change the original design more than 2 times are assessed a 20% custom order surcharge.

Expedite  Order:

Most orders ship 5 to 7  days after payment is received. If you need your order faster, you can purchase RUSH delivery when you order, and it will ship within 7 days of payment (assuming all materials are in stock).

If a component needs to be ordered (such as a crystal color or stone etc) we will contact you with an estimated shipping date before processing your order. The RUSH delivery charge enables me to prioritize your order. The normal shipping charge for all orders is not included in the RUSH fee.

Click the RUSH button from the cart when you order. You do not need to purchase rush delivery more than once as it applies to everything in your shopping bag.

Shipping:

Most pre- made jewelry orders are mailed within 3-5 working business days.  Duplicating an item, or multiples of an item ship within 5 - 7 days. 

Although I normally can get a custom order out in 10 days, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. 

If there is a due date, please let me know when placing the order. 

I send every single package in the United States with a delivery confirmation tracking number.  If the United States Post Office says you're package has been delivered to you (there will be tracking information) and you have no insured the package, I will not be responsible for US Postal mistakes. 

If you have purchased an item to be shipped overseas, and you have NOT insured the package, I will not be responsible for the item.  I have copies of Customs forms proving that your item was mailed to you, and I can not be held responsible for overseas shipping.  Please insure your packages.

Wholesale: 

I am not offering Wholesale pricing at this time.  I am offering re-sellers an opportunity to sell Gemstone Gifts to Boutiques and Salons on an individual basis.  If you are interested, please contact me at 856-985-3622.

There is a 15% restocking fee for cancelled wholesale orders, or any order over 100.00. 
I make every item by hand, and schedule my time accordingly.  I may have turned down additional orders in order to complete a large order.

Prices posted on website are based on current market values and subject to change without notice according to fashion or trend.

Personal/business checks, Money Orders, and Cashiers checks are accepted as well as Master Card, VISA.   PayPal payments are accepted for CASH only.  If you want to use your credit card, select that option from the shopping cart menu.

Funds must clear prior to shipment.

Repairs

I guarantee all of my work for 90 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced. After 90 days repair is always available; you are merely responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.  I will repair your items FREE of labor charges for the first year after purchase. Just send insured with $4.50 for return postage and handling. Overseas orders send $7.00.

Returns:

You may exchange you item, or you may have a gift certificate (credit) for a later time.   We accept returns if the quality is not what was expected or if the item is not as described.  We stand by our product and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase.

• I must receive an email letting me know there is a problem. 

• The item must be in original "as new" condition

• Shipping charges are not refundable. 

• Customer is responsible for insuring the return order.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.

• You MUST return your item packaged securely, hopefully in the box it arrived in!  I have had orders mailed back to me that are totally bent, twisted, and ruined because of inadequate packaging.  If you do not package your jewelry  carefully so that I can re-sell the item, than I can not refund your money.

• There is a 10% restocking fee for orders under $100.00, and a 20% handling - restocking fee on orders over $100.00.  (I took the time to make your order, package it, and take it to the Post Office, in addition to the processing fees for the website shopping carts, PayPal, etc. which I incur when processing an order.   I am sorry you changed you mind, but I did take the time to process your order and need to be compensated for at least a small portion of my time.) 

• NOTE:  There is NO penalty or fees whatsoever when accepting an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT for your returned item.
