Custom jewelry is begun upon receipt of payment and a non-refundable 50% materials deposit is required. All custom orders sales are final.
NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders. No exceptions. I love doing custom work, but custom orders require much time in back and forth communication, and usually requires twice as much labor as items that are one of a kind and posted to the site.
Customers who change the original design more than 2 times are assessed a 20% custom order surcharge.
Expedite Orders:
Most orders ship 5 to 7 days after payment is received. If you need your order faster, you can purchase RUSH delivery when you order, and it will ship within 7 days of payment (assuming all materials are in stock).
If a component needs to be ordered (such as a crystal color or stone etc) we will contact you with an estimated shipping date before processing your order. The RUSH delivery charge enables me to prioritize your order. The normal shipping charge for all orders is not included in the RUSH fee.
Click the RUSH button from the cart when you order. You do not need to purchase rush delivery more than once as it applies to everything in your shopping bag.
Most pre- made jewelry orders are mailed within 3-5 working business days. Duplicating an item, or multiples of an item ship within 5 - 7 days.
Although I normally can get a custom order out in 10 days, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. If there is a due date, please let me know when placing the order.
I send every single package in the United States via USPS Insured, with a delivery confirmation tracking number.
Express Mail
Express Mail is not just "quick shipping". I make every single item by hand. Express Order means I dropped what I was doing to make your item a PRIORITY, and there will be NO refunds of Express Mail fees. If you absolutely must have your order on a certain date EMAIL ME or CALL ME. I will absolutely, positively NOT honor demands for delivery dates by a note
on your order. There is a REQUEST area for special instructions on the order form, but this is not the place to requst special handling.

Repairs
I guarantee all of my work for 60
days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced,
excluding watches**.
After 60 days you are responsible for labor, replacement parts and shipping costs. I have a new repair policy, based on an hourly rate of $60.00 per hour (One dollar per minute) plus shipping. After much research and agonizing, I have to admit that I discouraged doing repairs because I almost always have taken a loss on repairing jewelry. I have to change the policy or stop doing

You may exchange you item, or you may have a gift certificate (credit) for a later time. We accept returns if the quality is not what was expected or if the item is not as described, or within 30 days of purchase. We stand by our product and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase.

The item must be in original "as new" condition
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
You MUST return your item packaged securely, hopefully in the box it arrived in! I have had orders mailed back to me that are totally bent, twisted, and ruined because of inadequate packaging. If you do not package your jewelry carefully so that I can re-sell the item, than I can not refund your money.
There is a 10% restocking fee for orders returned after 30 days, and a 20% handling - restocking fee on orders returned after 60 days. (I took the time to make your order, package it, and take it to the Post Office, in addition to the processing fees for the website shopping carts, PayPal, etc. which I incur when processing an order. I am sorry you changed you mind, but I did take
the time to process your order and need to be compensated for at least a small portion of my time.)
NOTE: There is NO penalty or fees whatsoever when accepting an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT for your returned item.
