Custom jewelry is begun upon receipt of payment. A custom order is a commitment of my time and a non-refundable 50% materials deposit is required. All custom sales are final.
NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders. No exceptions. I love doing custom work, but custom orders require much time in back and forth communication, and usually require twice as much labor as items that are one of a kind and posted to the site.
Customers who change the original design more than 2 times are assessed a 20% custom order surcharge.
