To receive full credit your item must arrive in RESELLABLE condition. This means you must ship it in a padded envelope or a small box to protect the jewelry from getting damaged during transportation. Damaged jewelry will not be credited.

JEWELRY REPAIRS
MOST of the cost of jewelry you purchase (with the exception of diamonds, emerald, rubies, and sapphires) is LABOR and small REPLACEMENT PARTS. It cost as much in TIME and LABOR to repair an item, as it did the first time to create it. It doesnt cost less because it needs to be re-done. Often, it takes MORE time to re-condition items then make them from scratch, especially if the components need to be re-polished or replaced. An industry average is 50% of the original price.
If you item was one of a kind, discontinued, or an earlier model, we may not be able to find an exact replacement. This is the nature of handmade jewelry made with genuine stones. The mine cuts so many of a stone, and then moves on. We will let you know if there will be a delay.
If you item style is listed below, you will know the repair cost up-front, including return shipping. If your jewelry style is NOT listed below, you will need to contact us for a quote. If you item is NOT listed, email us a clear photo of your jewelry and we can give you an estimate of the total repair cost. Please note the word ESTIMATE, as without seeing the piece, we cannot be certain of the cost. We will let you know the final cost BEFORE the repair is started.
PAYMENTS
We do not accept personal checks of any kind. We will send you an invoice through PayPal once we have a final estimate for you. You may also pay by credit card over the phone.
