The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • North America: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders in the US are shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 4-10 business days. These times are approximate due to COVID-19.
This does not include the time is takes to make your item, nor weekends and holidays.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

I offer expedited Orders at an additional fee if you need something sooner than my normal processing time. Expedited Orders are moved to the top of the list. It does NOT cover EXPRESS Shipping, but I offer a shipping upgrade for an additional fee. Please contact me BEFORE ordering

 DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

We do. Our shop rate is 25.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum, plus new materials if needed. Please add return shipping, which is usually 4.00. This repair includes restringing, resurfacing, tarnish removal, and re-polishing.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am sorry, but due to the increase in demand during the lock down, we are not offering custom or personalized sizing over the Holidays. Exchanges are for sizes in stock. Please select the size you prefer from the sizes available.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

We charge a fee for custom orders. Custom Orders take 3x as long to make as an stock item. It takes searching our stock for the requested stones, and checking with you, then back to the stones, and then back to you, then a mock up of the design... waiting for a reply.....and then back t o you... I'm just trying to help you understand what goes into a custom order. We do them as time allows, usually in the summer months, but this summer of 2021, with the corona virus, our demand has exceeded our expectations, and we are really limiting our custom orders at this time.
