Unfortunately I have to give a 1 Star. I placed my order on 29March2024. Three weeks later I still don't have my order and haven't received a reply to my email.
The necklace I purchased has not arrived and I doubt if it ever will.
Despite emails sent, I’ve not had a response. Very poor communication.
Perhaps because I live in the Scottish highlands, they don’t feel the need to talk. Extremely disappointing.
Please refund in full. This includes the postage I paid for!

I placed an order for two bracelets on January 2nd . Today is February 10th , I accepted an extra time for delivery due to postal loads during holidays . And I never received my order . I've been asking the store for over a month where my order is , The tracking number was generated twice for USPS . However, the goods never been shipped , USPS says they are waiting for item . I am extremely disappointed . My money has not been refunded yet .
